Ștergerea contului Ciclio

Contul e opțional. Dacă nu ți-ai făcut cont, nu există nimic de șters pe server — datele stau doar pe telefonul tău.

Din aplicație (recomandat, imediat)

  1. Deschide Ciclio → Setări → Cont și sincronizare.
  2. Apasă „Șterge contul și datele din cloud" și confirmă de două ori.

Se șterg imediat: contul și toate datele sincronizate (obligații, detalii, praguri de notificare, setări). Datele de pe telefon rămân, iar aplicația funcționează în continuare fără cont.

Fără acces la telefon

Scrie-ne de pe adresa de e-mail a contului Google folosit la conectare, la contact@ciclio.app, cu subiectul „Ștergere cont Ciclio". Ștergem contul și toate datele asociate în cel mult 30 de zile și confirmăm pe e-mail.

Ce se păstrează

Nimic din datele contului. Copiile de siguranță automate ale furnizorului de infrastructură expiră în cel mult 30 de zile. Detalii în politica de confidențialitate.

Deleting your Ciclio account

An account is optional. If you never created one, there is nothing to delete on any server — your data lives only on your phone.

From the app (recommended, immediate)

  1. Open Ciclio → Settings → Account and sync.
  2. Tap "Delete account and cloud data" and confirm twice.

Deleted immediately: the account and everything synced (obligations, details, notification lead times, settings). The data on your phone stays, and the app keeps working without an account.

Without access to the phone

Email contact@ciclio.app from the address of the Google account you signed in with, subject "Delete Ciclio account". We delete the account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is kept

Nothing from the account. The infrastructure provider's automatic backups expire within 30 days. Details in the privacy policy.
